Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of an item.
You can return any item, as long as it’s unused and in the same original condition that you received it, including its original packaging.

All returns are processed within 2 business days, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We do not guarantee returned items will be refunded if the package is lost in transit or received in damaged condition or show clear signs of usage.
- Damages and Issues

- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
